Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 2 c. cooked rice (cold)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. frozen green peas
1/4 c. carrot strips, cut thin
1 egg
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. water
margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in nonstick pan. Scramble egg in mixture with onions, peas and carrots.
Add cold cooked rice.
Dilute soy sauce with the water.
Pour over mixture.
Cook until heated completely.
