Cheese Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti pasta shells
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce and pasta shells. Boil shells for 6 minutes; stuff with cheese mixture.
    Pour 1/2 jar of sauce in a baking dish.
    Arrange pasta in dish; top with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
