Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes with skins on
    1/2 cube butter
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender and chill.
    Peel and grate into a large bowl.
    In saucepan, put butter and cheese and heat until melted.
    Remove from heat and add the sour cream, onion and salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes and stir.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish, dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
