Carob Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated pecan meal
1/2 c. unsweetened grated coconut flakes
1/2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. carob powder
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. white flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

For crust, use 1/2 cup ground pecan meal, 1/2 cup coconut flakes and 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes with just enough margarine to press mixture in pie dish to make crust.
