Honey Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg yolk, beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 lb. chicken, cut up (legs and wings)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Combine egg yolk with all the other ingredients except the chicken.
Place in a 2 x 9 x 13-inch baking pan with chicken and marinate for 2 to 4 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Place chicken in shallow baking pan in a single layer.
Spoon some marinade over chicken pieces and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until deep brown in color.
