Norton Hospital Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

6 (5 oz.) chicken breasts
1/2 c. Butter Buds sprinkles
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation

Remove excess fat from chicken.
Dip in Butter Buds sprinkles. In a dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano and basil.
Mix together.
Roll chicken breasts in bread crumb mixture, coating all sides well.
Place in an ovenproof casserole.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160\u00b0.
Makes 6 servings.
