Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    3/4 c. cooked long grain rice
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 large cabbage
Preparation
    Mix hamburg with beaten egg. Add rice, grated onion, salt and pepper.
    Soften cabbage in hot water.
    Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and water. Take leaf of cabbage and add meat mixture. Make rolls.
    Tuck cabbage ends in.
    Place in liquid and cook about 3/4 hour.
