Roasted Asparagus With Balsamic Browned Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. asparagus spears, trimmed (approximately 40)
    cooking spray
    1/4 tsp. kosher salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange asparagus in single layer on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until tender.
    Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat; cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
    Drizzle over asparagus, tossing well to coat.
    Serve immediately.
