Chocolate Mocha Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 oz. water
    1 box 10x sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light or fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and cream alternately with milk. Beat 1 minute. Bake at 300\u00b0 in 3 (9-inch) cake pans that have been greased and floured for about 25 minutes. Cool.
