Pork Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. Bells seasoning
2/3 c. chopped onions
3 medium potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large skillet, combine pork and hamburg, onion and spices.
Add enough water to cover and simmer for 3 hours, mashing with a fork for the first 1/2 hour.
