Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place in a greased casserole dish. Prepare white sauce from butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper by mixing over medium heat.
    Add chopped onion and pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
    Uncover and continue baking until golden brown.
