Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water pack artichoke hearts
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
    juice of 1 lemon
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Chop artichokes.
    Mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice.
    Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Serve with crackers or chips. Also good on baked potatoes.
