Low-Sodium Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsalted, cooked and diced chicken
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped young onions
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (watch the sodium in mayonnaise)
Preparation
    In a big bowl, mix chicken, celery, parsley and onions. Combine dry mustard, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise, mixing well.
    Add to chicken mixture and stir until well mixed.
    Chill. Serves 6; approximately 153 mg sodium.
