Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1 large chopped onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Thaw and drain the spinach.
    Mix with other ingredients in order listed.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Store in plastic bag after they are frozen.
    Bake from freezer at 375\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 65.
