Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
6 slices cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Make alternate layers of potatoes, butter, cheese, flour and salt in buttered baking dish. Add milk and bake, uncovered, in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
