Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. round steak, sliced in thin strips
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    3 green peppers, chopped
    1 1/4 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook beef in skillet over medium heat in hot oil until brown. Remove beef.
    Add onion, celery, garlic, peppers and broth. Simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Mix cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Stir into vegetables.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
    Add beef and heat through.
    Serve over hot rice.
