Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 Kraft cheese slices
1 stick margarine
1 egg
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
50 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion, egg and mayonnaise.
Pour over broccoli.
Lay cheese slices on top.
Melt margarine. Crumble Ritz crackers over cheese.
Pour melted margarine over crumbs.
Bake on 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
