Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers or corn flakes, crushed
pineapple juice
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Mix flour and 6 tablespoons of juice (may add 12 tablespoons) in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine pineapple, cheese and sugar.
Pour juice mixture over pineapple and cheese.
Mix well.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish and top with crushed crumbs.
Pour butter over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
