Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 medium potatoes
2 onions
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. salted boiling water
1/2 c. paprika
2 c. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed ham
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 to 2 slices American cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes and onion thin.
Put in boiling water, cover and cook 5 minutes.
Drain.
Melt margarine.
Stir in flour, pepper and paprika.
Cook about 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring until it begins to thicken.
Grease casserole and layer potatoes, onion and ham.
Sprinkle with parsley and cover with half of the sauce.
Put American cheese on this.
Repeat layer ending with sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
