Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box shell macaroni
    1 small can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tubes Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Mix soup, pimentos, chopped onion, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Add macaroni and mix real good.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.
    Melt margarine and add crushed Ritz crackers.
    Stir until crackers are coated with margarine. Spread on top of macaroni mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
