Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 c. bread flour
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve first 3 ingredients and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. To the yeast water, add 2 cups flour and all other ingredients. Mix with mixer 2 minutes.
    Beat other 2 cups flour by hand.
    Let stand until doubled in size.
    Roll out and cut rolls.
    Put in greased pan.
    Let rise again and cook 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
