Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small onions
    2 lb. ground round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. tomatoes
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Slice onions, chop peppers and cook until brown in butter; add meat, salt, pepper and mustard and stir constantly until meat is seared well.
    Butter baking dish and add alternate layers of meat and rice until all is used.
    Pour tomatoes over.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
