Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 20 graham crackers
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. cold butter
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Blend graham crackers, sugar and 4 tablespoons butter.
    Line spring-form pan.
    In large bowl, mash cottage cheese.
    Add cream cheese.
    Mix until creamy.
    Add sugar.
    Continue beating.
    Add eggs.
    Reduce speed to low.
    Add cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Beat until blended.
    Add butter and sour cream.
    Blend on low speed.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn off oven and let stand in oven for 2 hours.
