Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
confectioners sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Peel and mash while hot.
Work all the sugar into the potatoes that they will take.
Pat into a thin layer, cover with peanut butter and roll.
Let stand, then slice.
