Ingredients

1 c. white rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. homogenized milk
Cinnamon or Nutmeg
1 c. raisins
Preparation

In 6 qt. oven-safe bowl, mix rice, sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and place in 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
Add 1 c. raisins at the last stirring.
