Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. raw apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, adding nuts and raw apples last.
Grease and flour 1 large pan or 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
