Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Melt butter in pie plate.
Combine flour, salt and milk in bowl; mix well.
Pour excess butter into flour mixture and add eggs.
Pour batter into pie plate.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until puffy and lightly browned.
May serve with lemon juice and powdered sugar glaze.
Makes 4 servings.
