Tours House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large heads red tip leaf lettuce
    1 head Boston lettuce
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    1/4 c. toasted sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. toasted pumpkin seeds
    1/4 c. toasted almonds, sliced
    1 c. Vinaigrette Dressing (follows)
Preparation
    Toast seeds on a cookie sheet at about 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Toss and combine above ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
