Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick), trimmed
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 oranges
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. orange juice
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation
    Spray bottom of large skillet with vegetable spray. Brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup orange juice. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
