Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered (2 lb.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Mash potatoes; add cream cheese, egg, dash of salt and pepper. Beat until smooth.
Stir in onion.
If mixture seems dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk.
Place in buttered quart casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
