Sauerkraut-Rice-Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can kraut
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Brown lightly the sausage, hamburger, onion and celery.
    Drain rice.
    Layer mixture, rice and sauerkraut in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with a layer of meat mixture on the bottom and top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Serves 8.
