Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts or thighs
    1/2 bottle Russian dressing (8 oz.)
    1/2 jar apricot preserves (10 oz.)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (lite)
Preparation
    Place chicken in Pyrex dish. Combine dressing, preserves, soup and mayonnaise.
    Mix well and pour over chicken. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered. Good served with rice.
