Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.)can whole kernel golden corn, drained (reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Cook in microwave oven 10 minutes at High; stir after 5 minutes.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving. Makes 3 cups.
