Cottage Cheese "Sour Cream" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. creamed cottage cheese

Preparation

Put in blender.
Blend together at high speed until smooth and creamy.
Use as a dip on baked potatoes or as a substitute in many recipes that call for sour cream.
