Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Beat with a mixer for just a minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn down to 350\u00b0 and cook for 40 or 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
