Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, salt, butter or margarine, lemon juice and grated rind.
    Beat egg yolks and milk together; add to first mixture.
    Beat egg whites and fold into all.
    Put into baking dish that can be placed into pan of hot water.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
