Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes
1 stick Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Melt margarine and pour into sugar and crackers.
Put in layers in casserole dish.
First put layers of potatoes, then crumb mixture, ending with the crumb mixture on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8 people.
