Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loose sausage (hot or sweet)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. biscuit baking mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage in skillet, breaking up meat with fork until browned.
    Drain off fat.
    Cool.
    Put into large bowl when cooled. Add cheese, biscuit mix and water.
    Mix with fork until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and brown.
    Can be frozen.
    To reheat, bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
