Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 tsp. butter
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    1 (10 oz.) apple jelly
Preparation
    Mix chuck, egg, soup, monosodium glutamate and bread crumbs. Form into small balls.
    Saute.
    You may refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving.
    In an electric skillet at medium heat, stir barbecue sauce and jelly.
    Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
