Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil over low heat.
    Add onion, green peppers, celery and tomatoes.
    Cover; cook gently about 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
