Hamburger-Cabbage Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in melted oleo until tender.
Remove from skillet.
Add ground chuck and cook until brown.
Pour off excess fat.
Add onion and pepper to browned beef.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Lightly grease a 10-inch square size Pyrex dish.
