Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 to 8 slices bread, broken up and crusts removed
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. mild or sharp grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage
    and drain.
    Beat eggs and milk.\tAdd the sausage, eggs
    and milk to the remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight in
    a
    greased baking dish.
    Take out the next morning 30\tminutes
    before
    baking.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Take cover off for the last 15 minutes.
