Orange Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 orange (unpeeled), finely ground (2/3 c.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water
    1 can coconut (optional)
    1 pkg. fluffy white frosting
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package.
    Fold in 1/3 cup ground orange.
    Pour into 8 x 1 1/2-inch pans.
    Bake according to package.
