Potdam - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Break up the meat; add seasonings and brown lightly.
Layer meat, potatoes, onions, beans and catsup, beginning and ending with meat.
Top with slices of bacon.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for at least 60 minutes.
Uncover and bake until potatoes test done. Serves 6.
