Shrimp Pilou - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh peeled shrimp
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cans French onion soup
    2 sticks oleo
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large clove garlic
    green onion and parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients; bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
    Stir twice while cooking.
