Chocolate Irish Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    6 eggs, separated (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
    2 oz. chocolate curls
    fudge frosting
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch spring-form pan. In top of double boiler, over hot but not boiling water, melt chocolate chips and butter.
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until very thick, about 5 minutes.
    Beat in 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Stir in melted chocolate, pecans, 1/4 cup liqueur and vanilla.
