Grandma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes (leave skin on)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    pickle relish to taste
    8 hard-boiled eggs
    4 stalks celery, diced
    1 (32 oz.) jar Miracle Whip to taste
    1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook potatoes for 40 minutes.
    Cut up and add remaining ingredients.
    Add a small amount of bacon grease.
