Trail Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and roll out into small rolls (about 2 inches in diameter).
    Place the rolls into wax paper and plastic bags.
    Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours (curing time). Then take the rolls and place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; drain the grease and refrigerate.
