Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. ground carrots
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and then frost with cream cheese frosting.
    Can also use pumpkin in place of carrots.
