Dutch Apple-Lemon Custard Pie(Germany) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 apple
1 lemon
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
pie crust

Preparation

Pare and grate the apple and grate also the rind of half a lemon.
Add the sugar and beaten eggs.
Bake, covered with pie crust in medium hot oven.
Sift with powdered sugar.
